What's Your Strength Story?

Growing up the youngest and smallest of three brothers and one sister, Jerome was always looking for a way to achieve and be recognized. When he was 17, he was in a bad car accident and turned to strength training to correct his injured back. His back healed—and he found his calling. He joined a gym and started bodybuilding regularly. Everybody started asking him what he was doing to look the way he did. “It boosted my ego and made me feel good about myself,” he says. “It made me more aware of my ability to accomplish what I wanted to achieve in life.” He went on to formally study the science of exercise and broaden his practice into an understanding of the mind-body connection. He became known as the “Calisthenics King,” always inventing his own exercises and creatively mixing up his workout routines. “I can understand what people are saying when they want to change their bodies and the way they look,” he says. “Exercise depends on people’s vibes each day. I look at them and want to bring them out of that hole. I train others the same way I train myself.”

He analyzes your body on the very first day, asks about your goals and designes a workout plan tailored to your bodie's specific needs.
